Experience within UK residential care includes complex cases, such as one involving consideration of five long-standing grievances in readiness for an impending Employment Tribunal case.
Broad and deep experience of leading or promoting diversity. This adds value when navigating cases that include allegations of discrimination on grounds of gender, race and disability.
