Claritas Care Coach helps health and social care providers improve the way they deliver and evidence care. Led by a former CQC inspector and Compliance & Quality Director of a care home group, Claritas draws on thirty years experience in health and social care regulation and support and the skills of its highly qualified Associate clinicians and information technology experts. We have the depth and breadth of experience to support you with regulations, inspection and audit, operational and clinical matters and written material.

As a former CQC inspector, and in the same kind of role before that with the Audit Commission, I was often surprised that providers doing a great job didn’t quite get how to evidence it effectively to gain recognition by inspectors.

It’s a relatively simple process we can take you through. It can improve your rating and, as a result, the standing of your service in the eyes of commissioners and potential new clients.
